What is the Greenhouse Society?
Each month, we release a new flower or nature-themed stamp set. You can see the most recent Greenhouse Society stamp sets and projects made using Greenhouse Society sets in the gallery on our website.

If you want to make sure you receive all the Greenhouse Society stamp sets, consider becoming a member. When you join the Greenhouse Society, you are enrolling in a monthly auto-ship program with an initial commitment of 6 months. Each month, members enjoy convenient delivery of the latest Greenhouse Society stamp set. Plus members automatically receive a 25% discount off the regular price of Greenhouse Society stamp sets. Instead of paying $9.99 for Greenhouse Society stamp sets, members only pay $7.50. (The discount applies to the current month's Greenhouse Society stamp set and each Greenhouse Society stamp set released while a member of Greenhouse Society. If we have any past month's Greenhouse Society stamp sets available, you may purchase them at the regular price.) Members also receive a reduced shipping rate on their Greenhouse Society stamp sets (see the shipping section) and they can add additional products to their Greenhouse Society shipments without incurring additional shipping charges. Plus from time-to-time, we will include gifts in Greenhouse Society members' packages or send an email special offer.

How do I become a member of the Greenhouse Society?
To become a member of the Greenhouse Society auto-ship program, read this page. Then choose the "Join Greenhouse Society" option when you add the current month's stamp set to your cart. Once you have completed the check out process, you will receive an email message confirming your order and your membership in the Greenhouse Society. Then each month your credit card will automatically be billed for your Greenhouse Society membership and we will ship you the next stamp set. (If you are a retailer, contact our Wholesale Accounts Team to learn about our Greenhouse Society retailer program.)

How much does it cost to be a member of the Greenhouse Society?
Greenhouse Society members will get the current month's Greenhouse Society stamp set (and the new Greenhouse Society stamps we release during your membership period) for $7.50 plus shipping. Once you have signed up, you will automatically be billed for and receive a brand new stamp set each month. Each Greenhouse Society set includes a number of stamps on a 3x4 inch storage sheet.

Can I be a member of the Greenhouse Society, Memory Keepers Studio, and Fresh Cut Studio auto-ship programs?
Yes! You can learn more about the Memory Keepers Studio and Fresh Cut Studio auto-ship programs in those sections of our website.

If you are a member of more than one auto-ship program, you will pay only one shipping fee, so it's a great way to maximize your shipping costs.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Technique Tuesday accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We use sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of the personal information that you share with us. You can learn more in the Privacy and Security Policies section of our website.

When will my credit card be billed and my new stamps be shipped to me?
When you place your order for the first time on our website, your credit card will be billed immediately for the first month's subscription. We ship the current month's Greenhouse Society stamp set between the 10-15th each month.

After the first month of your subscription, your Greenhouse Society membership will be billed to your credit card on the 5th of the month. Auto-shipment for all monthly programs begins on the 10th each month.

What about shipping costs?
When you sign up the first month, you will be charged a shipping and handling fee based on the shipping method that you choose when you check out. Each month after that your Greenhouse Society stamp sets will be shipped to you via USPS, and you will be charged the following rates based on your location:

USA	$2	3-10 business days
Canada and Mexico	$5	10-20 business days
Other international locations	$8	10-20 business days

Are there any ways for me to pay less for shipping?
To help save on shipping costs, you may want to consider a group subscription. With a group subscription, up to 5 friends or family members who live near each other can have up to a total of 5 stamp sets shipped to one address for the same flat fee. To take advantage of the group subscription shipping plan, all of the stamp sets must be ordered by one person using one credit card and be shipped to one address in one package. If you would like to place a group subscription, simply indicate the number of stamp sets that you want to receive in the "Quantity" box when you place your first group order. Then enter your name, billing info, and shipping address when you check out.

Do I need to come back to this website each month to get my Greenhouse Society stamp sets?
No - not if you are a Greenhouse Society member. We will post a new stamp set on the 1st of each month. If you are interested in seeing the new stamp set you are welcome to come check it out. However, you don't need to add anything to your cart or do anything else. Once you are a member, you will automatically be billed each month and we will automatically send the new stamp set to you.

What is your return policy?
As with all of our products, we are proud of the Greenhouse Society stamp sets and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your Greenhouse Society stamps are damaged during shipping or you are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased through our website, follow the instructions in the Return Policy section of our website.

How do I cancel my Greenhouse Society membership or skip a month?
The Greenhouse Society is an auto-ship club with an initial 6-month commitment. That means that you will continue to receive the new stamp sets each month until you cancel your membership. If you cancel your membership before you have completed your 6-month commitment, there is a $15.00 fee that will be charged to your credit card. After 6 months, you may cancel at anytime without penalty.

To cancel your membership send an email message to our Customer Care team. You must cancel your membership by the 1st of the month or you will receive and be billed for that month's set. Please include your name and a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions. When we receive a request to cancel a Greenhouse Society subscription, we send an email message to you to let you know we received your request and have canceled your membership. If you do not get an email message from us we recommend you contact us again.

In order to keep our administration costs down and keep the monthly costs of a membership in the Greenhouse Society as low as possible, Greenhouse Society members cannot skip a month.

How do I make changes in my shipping address?
If you are changing your address, please send an email message to our Customer Care team. Please include the following information in your email message:

• your name
• your old address (both shipping and billing addresses if appropriate)
• your new address (both shipping and billing addresses if appropriate)
• a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions

When we receive a request for an address change, we send an email message to let you know that we received your request and have made the changes. If you do not get a change confirmation email message from us (within 2 business days) that means we did not get your email so please try again.

How do I change my credit card information?
If you want to change the credit card you use for your Greenhouse Society subscription, call our Customer Care Team at 503-644-4073, then press option 2, and ext 100. If none of our team members are available to take your call, you can leave a message on our secure voice mail system. Please include the following information in your voice message:

• your name (please spell it)
• a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions
• your e-mail address
• your new credit card number
• the expiration date

We will send an email message to you within 1-2 business days to let you know that we received your request and have made the changes.
