Tamara Hess is originally a fine artist working with watercolor and Pen & Ink. She has been featured in galleries across the Portland Oregon area.Tamara was also the author and co-owner of Card Making Artist web site where she fell in love with the card making industry. Tam has an upbeat and possitive energy in her life and work.
