What is Studio AE?
Whether you heard about Studio AE on Ali Edward's blog, in a Technique Tuesday newsletter, or from a friend, you are in the right place to learn more about Studio AE by Technique Tuesday! Each month, Ali Edwards and the Technique Tuesday team release a new stamp set. The stamp sets feature Ali's handwriting or fonts that she picked to fit the words and phrases in the stamp set. We only make a limited number of each of these sets - enough for the people who are members of Studio AE plus a few more. You can see the most recent Studio AE stamp sets and some projects made using Studio AE sets in the galleries on our website.

If you are a fan of Ali's and want to make sure that you receive all of the Studio AE stamp sets, consider becoming a member of Studio AE. When you join Studio AE, you are enrolling in an exclusive auto-ship program with an initial commitment of 6 months. Each month, members of Studio AE enjoy convenient delivery of the latest Studio AE stamp set. Plus Studio AE members automatically receive a 25% discount off the regular price of Studio AE stamp sets. Instead of paying the regular price of $19.99 for Studio AE stamp sets, members only pay $14.99 plus shipping and handling. (The discount applies to the current month's Studio AE stamp set and each Studio AE stamp set released while a member of Studio AE.) Members also receive a reduced shipping rate on their Studio AE stamp sets and they can add up to 5 more stamp sets to their Studio AE shipments without incurring additional shipping charges. Plus from time-to-time, we will include gifts in Studio AE members' packages or send an email special offer.

How much does it cost to be a member of Studio AE by Technique Tuesday?
Once you have signed up, you will automatically be billed for and receive an exclusive brand new stamp set each month. Each Studio AE set includes a number of stamps on a 4x6 inch storage sheet. In addition to being one of a limited number of people who receive these stamp sets, Studio AE members will get the current month's Studio AE stamp set (and the new Studio AE stamps we release during your membership period) at a discount. The suggested retail price for these sets is $19.99 but once you have subscribed, you will only pay $14.99. That's 25% off!

What about shipping costs?
When you sign up the first month, you will be charged a shipping and handling fee based on the shipping method that you choose when you check out. Each month after that your Studio AE stamp sets will be shipped to you via USPS, and you will be charged the following rates based on your location:

USA $2 3-10 business days

Canada and Mexico $5 10-20 business days

Other international locations $8 10-20 business days

Each month when we ship your order, we will send you an email message with a tracking number. To make sure you receive these messages, add "@TechniqueTuesday.com" to the safe senders list in your email program. And please also let us know if your email address changes.

Are there any ways for me to pay less for shipping?
To help save on shipping costs, you may want to consider a group subscription. With a group subscription, up to 5 friends or family members who live near each other can have up to a total of 5 stamp sets shipped to one address for the same flat fee. To take advantage of the group subscription shipping plan, all of the stamp sets must be ordered by one person using one credit card and be shipped to one address in one package. If you would like to place a group subscription, simply indicate the number of stamp sets that you want to receive in the "Quantity" box when you place your group order. Then enter your name, billing info, and shipping address when you check out.

How do I become a member of Studio AE by Technique Tuesday?
To become a member of the Studio AE auto-ship program, read everything on this page. Then go to the Studio AE section of our website. Then choose the "Join Studio AE" option when you add the current month's stamp set to your cart. As soon as you have completed the check out process, you will receive an email message from "Orders at TechniqueTuesday dot com" with the subject "Your Technique Tuesday Order". In that message you will see the following line item:

SAE: SAE-Join Studio AE

If you don't receive that email, please check your spam filter. You may also want to add "@TechniqueTuesday.com" to the safe senders list in your email program. By adding us to your safe senders list, you are more likely to receive the exclusive Studio AE special offers.

After you have joined Studio AE, each month your credit card will automatically be billed for your membership and we will ship you the next stamp set. (If you are a retailer, contact our Wholesale Accounts Team to learn about our Studio AE retailer program.)

Can I be a member of both the Greenhouse Society and the Studio AE autoship programs?
Yes! If you are currently a member of Studio AE, send us a message stating you wish to add a Greenhouse Society membership to your monthly shipment. We will add $9.99 to your current monthly autopayment to cover the cost of the Greenhouse membership stamps.

If you are joining the Greenhouse Society and you would like to also become a Studio AE member, put the current month's Greenhouse Society stamp set and Studio AE set in your cart. In other words, "Join" both programs.

If you are a member of both Studio AE and the Greenhouse Society, we will ship both membership stamp sets between the 10th and 15th of the month and you will only pay one shipping and handling fee!

What forms of payment do you accept?
Technique Tuesday accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We use sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of the personal information that you share with us. You can learn more in the Privacy and Security Policies section of our website.

When will my credit card be billed and my new stamps be shipped to me?
When you place your order for the first time on our website, your credit card will be billed immediately for the first month's subscription. If you sign up between the 1st and the 10th of the month, your first set of Studio AE stamps will be shipped no later than the 25th of that month. If you sign up after the 10th and we have sold out of the current month's Studio AE stamp set, your subscription will begin with the next month's Studio AE set and your order will ship after the 10th of the next month.

After the first month of your subscription, your Studio AE membership will be billed to your credit card on the 5th of the month so that we can start shipping all the Studio AE member orders on the 10th. We expect all of the Studio AE member orders to be shipped by the 15th of the month.

Do I need to come back to this website each month to get my Studio AE stamp sets?
No - not if you are a Studio AE member. We will post a new stamp set on the first business day of each month. If you are interested in seeing the new stamp set you are welcome to come check it out. However, you don't need to add anything to your cart or do anything else. Once you are a member, you will automatically be billed each month and we will automatically send the new stamp set to you.

I want one of the Studio AE stamp sets but I don't want to become a member of the auto-ship program. Can I just order one Studio AE stamp set?
If you act quickly! Each month we make a limited number of Studio AE stamp sets - enough for Studio AE members plus a few more. Typically we reveal the new stamp sets on the 1st business day of each month. If you see a Studio AE stamp set that you want and it's in stock, you should order it right away! Non-members will always pay the full price of $19.99 plus shipping and handling.

What is your return policy?
As with all of our products, we are proud of the Studio AE stamp sets by Technique Tuesday and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your Studio AE stamps are damaged during shipping or you are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased through our website, follow the instructions in the Return Policy section of our website.

How do I cancel my Studio AE membership or skip a month?
Studio AE by Technique Tuesday is an auto-ship club with an initial 6-month commitment. That means that you will continue to receive the new stamp sets that Ali and the Technique Tuesday team design each month until you cancel your membership. If you cancel your membership before you have completed your 6-month commitment, there is a $15.00 fee that will be charged to your credit card. After 6 months, you may cancel at anytime without penalty.

To cancel your membership send an email message to our Customer Care team. You must cancel your membership by the 1st of the month or you will receive and be billed for that month's kit. Please include your name, a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions, and the e-mail address you used to setup your Studio AE membership. When we receive a request to cancel a Studio AE subscription, we send an email message to you to let you know that we received your request and have canceled your membership. If you do not get an email message from us that means we did not get your email message and it is your responsibility to contact us again.

In order to keep our administration costs down and keep the monthly costs of a membership in Studio AE as low as possible, Studio AE members cannot skip a month.

How do I make changes in my shipping address?
If you are changing your address, please send an email message to our Customer Care team. Please include the following information in your email message:

your name
your old address (both shipping and billing addresses if appropriate)
your new address (both shipping and billing addresses if appropriate)
a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions

When we receive a request for an address change, we send an email message to let you know that we received your request and have made the changes. If you do not get a change confirmation email message from us (within 2 business days) that means we did not get your email and it is your responsibility to contact us again.

How do I change my credit card number?
If you want to change the credit card that you use for your Studio AE subscription, please call our Customer Care Team at 503-644-4073 ext 100 and leave them a message on our secure voice mail system. Please include the following information in your voice message:

your name (please spell it)
a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions
your e-mail address
your new credit card number
the expiration date on your credit card

When we receive a request to change the credit card associated with a Studio AE subscription, we send an email message to you to let you know that we received your request and have made the changes. If you do not get a change confirmation email message from us (within 2 business days) that means we did not get your voice mail and it is your responsibility to contact us again.

I just changed my email address. How do I let you know?
Please send an email message to our Customer Care team including the following information:

your name
your old email address
your new email address

When we receive an email address change request, we send an email message to you to let you know that we received your request and have made the changes. If you do not get a change confirmation email message from us (within 2 business days) that means we did not get your message and it is your responsibility to contact us again.

Please also make sure you have added "@TechniqueTuesday.com" to your safe sender list on your new email system so that our messages can get to you and so you don't miss out on any special offers.

Can I login to my account at TechniqueTuesday.com to change my address, credit card number, or email address?
No. At this time, the web server and automated payment and monthly shipping system are not connected. Please follow the steps outlined above to make changes to your address, billing information, or email address.

Do you ever make changes to the Studio AE program?
Yes! We are always looking for ways to improve this program and better serve our Studio AE members. We do reserve the right to change the program at any time. We typically send an email message to all Studio AE members about the changes we make. (Please add "@TechniqueTuesday.com" to your safe sender list so you receive our messages.) If you find that we have made a change that doesn't work for you, send a message to our Customer Care team and we will try to find a solution that will work for you!

I just subscribed to Studio AE but I also really want the Studio AE stamp set from a previous month. Can I order older Studio AE sets?
Maybe. Each month we make stamp sets for the members of Studio AE plus enough for some new members. If we have some left over from a previous month, we make them available through our website and you can purchase them for the regular price of $19.99. You can see the sets that are still available in the Studio AE section. You may also want to check with your favorite local retailer or online store to see if they offer Studio AE.
