Tamara Hess was originally a fine artist whose favorite medium is pen and ink with watercolors. She has been featured in galleries across the Portland, Oregon area. Tamara is also the author and co-owner of the Card Making Artist web site where she fell in love with card making and paper crafting. Tam has an upbeat and positive energy in her life and work.
