All orders are carefully packaged and leave our warehouse in good condition. If a shipment arrives with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the shipping company immediately. The contact information for the shipping company will be on the package that you received. Save all packaging material and paperwork. Do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise directly to us yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim with the shipping company, and you may not receive credit for the return. Please also send us an email message to let us know that you have received a damaged package. We will work with you and the shipping company to determine appropriate next steps.
We are proud of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased through our website, we will gladly provide a merchandise credit or refund provided that you return the new, unopened, unused merchandise to us within 60 days of the original shipment date. Merchandise should be inspected upon receipt so that any credits or refunds can be completed within the 60-day period. Please carefully package your returns. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition or we will be unable to accept the return. Send the return package to us using a traceable shipping method with the shipping carrier most convenient for you. Once we receive your package, we will issue a credit (for the merchanise minus any shipping and handling charges) to the credit card account that you originally used to purchase the merchandise on our website.
When you purchase Technique Tuesday products from other websites or at your local store, their return policies apply to your purchase. Please contact the store where you purchased Technique Tuesday products.
Please inspect merchandise upon receipt. If you receive a package that is obviously damaged, please follow the instructions listed in the "Returning Merchandise Damaged During Shipping" section at the top of this page. Please also report any damage or shortages to us within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

Our stamps, blocks, steel dies, and ink are all made in the U.S.A. We put our products through rigorous quality control processes and we carefully inspect our products so that you can be confident that you are getting the very best clear stamps and accessories. This guarantee does not cover merchandise damaged after delivery through accident or misuse. If you find that you have received defective merchandise, we're happy to work with you to make it right.
