When You Purchase Technique Tuesday Products from a Local Store or an Online Store:

If you purchased Technique Tuesday products from other websites or at your local store, their return policies apply to your purchase. Please contact the store where you purchased our products.

Returning Merchandise Damaged During Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged and leave our warehouse in good condition.

  • If a shipment arrives with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery.
  • If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the shipping company immediately. The contact information for the shipping company will be on the package that you received.
  • Save all packaging material and paperwork. Do not throw anything away!
  • If you attempt to return the merchandise directly to us yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim with the shipping company, and you may not receive credit for the return.
  • Please also send us an email message to let us know that you have received a damaged package. We will work with you and the shipping company to determine appropriate next steps.
