Online Order Shipping
Orders are shipped from our Portland, Oregon warehouse, usually within 1 to 3 business days after we receive the order. Occasionally, if the inventory level on an item is low or an item is out-of-stock, shipment may be delayed for a couple
weeks while we make more of the product. If this happens, we will send you email to let you know your order status and estimated ship date.
When you place your order and the shipping address is in the USA, you can choose between several shipping methods. If you are shipping an order outside the USA, your order will be shipped via Parcel Post. Please also note that shipments outside the USA may be subject to import charges and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If you choose a shipping method that is not traceable or insured and the package gets lost, we can not be held responsible for the shipment. Order ship times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method that you choose. When you place your order online, shipping charges are calculated at checkout so you can review all charges before entering your credit card number.

Please note that we do not ship orders on the
following holidays: New Year's Eve or New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please

warehouse in good condition. If you receive a package that is obviously damaged, please follow these
instructions for returning merchandise damaged during shipment.
