Technique Tuesday Angel Policy

We are delighted that you are interested in selling projects made with Technique Tuesday products. All of our designs are original artwork created and copyrighted by Technique Tuesday. Through our angel policy, we grant permission in the form of a limited license to use Technique Tuesday products to create artwork and crafts that can be sold under the following terms and conditions:

• Each project that you create for sale must be personally and individually hand created by you and may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means.

• To help protect Technique Tuesday's copyrights, we ask you to display Technique Tuesday trademarks and copyright notices on each item that you are selling, whenever possible. If you are showing images of your projects for sale online, you must clearly state that the stamped images and die cut pieces are copyright Technique Tuesday.

• You are allowed to sell up to 100 hand-created projects using each Technique Tuesday product. If you want to produce and sell a larger numbers of projects per design, you must first get written consent from Technique Tuesday.

• You are not allowed to use Technique Tuesday's copyrighted images for the purpose of creating logos or trademarks.

• Technique Tuesday, LLC is an Oregon-based company. The laws of the state of Oregon govern this policy. Any failure by Technique Tuesday to enforce any of its rights will not constitute a waiver of the company's rights.
