B.L.I.S.S. - Creative Sessions!

You can't even believe all the creative things happening around the Technique Tuesday offices right now! The piles of cardstock, spools of ribbon, and projects are such a beautiful sight!

At B.L.I.S.S., each person will be taking 6 core creative sessions taught by Ali Edwards and the Technique Tuesday teaching team. In addition to the cardstock, patterned paper, ribbon, and supplies needed to make the workshop projects, each B.L.I.S.S. attendee will also be getting a number of stamp sets and ink pads that they will use over and over again after the event. When we totaled up all the supplies and tools, we realized that each person who comes to B.L.I.S.S. will receive over $250 of scrapbooking and paper crafting products! Here are sneak peaks for the 6 creative sessions and a small sample of the projects that each person will be creating during the B.L.I.S.S. workshops and make-n-takes.

	Home is Where Your Story Begins This workshop is good… and we’re talking “shoe-shopping", "dark-chocolate", "warm, sunny day" good! Your imagination is the foundation of this outside-of-the-box creative workshop. Join us as we work with wood, fabric, technique tiles, ribbon, glaze, ink, stamps and dimensional elements to build the story of your life. During this creative session, Ali will talk about how she incorporates her scrapbooking and paper crafting artwork into her home. The Technique Tuesday team will teach you how to make the project and they will share their own tips about how they have used paper crafting projects throughout their households. You'll leave this workshop with new ideas and with a dazzling, dimensional masterpiece for your home.
	Storyology Taking time to write down our stories - both from the past and present - can be challenging. In this workshop, Ali Edwards will lead you through an in-depth exploration of some of the different techniques you can use to tell your stories. This creative session will be lecture-based with time built-in for creative brainstorming and to start on some of your own stories. You will leave this workshop with a practical, go-to list of techniques to use each time you set out to document a memory or a moment of your life. You will be inspired to capture your own everyday life, tell your stories fearlessly, and celebrate the everyday moments.
	Sentimentally Yours It may not be your birthday, anniversary, or graduation, but we were thinking of you and your friends, when we designed this sentimental sojourn into creative cards, enclosures, and boxes. The Technique Tuesday team will be walking you through a number of projects and be sharing some of their favorite techniques during this creative session. Ali will infuse this workshop with her ideas about the creative freedom that comes when working with smaller projects and the joy of giving away these small, sentimental pieces of art. You are going to love this inspired journey through tantalizing techniques for terrific cards, gift tags, and more.
	Outside-the-Box If you are like us, well... you usually make scrapbook pages and cards. In this workshop you will use your scrapbooking and paper crafting skills. You will also use pictures and heartfelt sentiments. But you will be making a very special box that you can set out on a coffee table or your mantle to be enjoyed by your family or that you can give to a loved one as a gorgeous gift. During this workshop, Ali will share her thoughts about making specialized albums and unusual photo projects while the Technique Tuesday teachers guide you step-by-step through this outside-the-box project.
	Capture Life & Tell Your Story Would you like to learn more about how to scrapbook your everyday life? As our special guest, Ali will be sharing what that means to her and how you can make sure you aren't missing these everyday family memories. The Technique Tuesday teachers will lead your through the workshop project which is a 2-page layout that incorporates some brand new artwork designed by Ali. You will be inspired and entertained, and you will enjoy the process as we make this captivating project.
	It's All About the Party Between the invitations and thank you notes, lie the favors, banners, and decorations. Get in the celebratory spirit as we transcend traditional paper crafting supplies and techniques into decorations and adornments for your next party.
