Giving someone a handmade greeting card tells them that
you cared enough to make the very best. In this class,
you will learn stamping, scoring, fussy cutting,
layering, tying, and rolling techniques that will
make your cards stand out from all the rest! You will
stamp on paper, Technique Tiles (like chipboard but
better), fabric, twill tape, and more. You will use the
techniques you learn in this class again and again on
your layouts, cards, and other paper craft projects.
Each class kit includes a set of clear stamps and an
ink pad that are yours to keep plus all the supplies you
need to make five wonderful cards.
This class is being taught on Thursday, June
10 from 1:45 - 3:15 pm at the Jantzen Beach Red Lion in
Portland, Oregon.
Supplies you need to bring: Paper trimmer, a
ruler, scissors, traditional adhesive, extra-strong
adhesive (such as Zip Dry, Glue Dots, or red double
stick tape), brown ink (not distressing ink), a clear
block (at least 2x3-inches in size), a bone folder or
other scoring tool, a heavy-duty 1/8th inch punch
(such as a Crop-a-dile), dimensional pop dots or foam
squares, and wet wipes (or a stamper cleaner and
scrubber).
