What is the Greenhouse Society™?

Each month we release a new 3"x4" floral or nature inspired Greenhouse Society (GS) stamp set and a matching steel die. You can see the most recent stamps and dies and purchase them in the Greenhouse Society section of our website .

What is the Greenhouse Society auto-ship program and how much does it cost?

If you want to automatically receive the Greenhouse Society release(s) each month, consider becoming an auto-ship member. Members receive 25% off the regular price of the current month's Greenhouse Society stamp set. Instead of paying $9.99 for GS stamp sets, members only pay $7.50 (plus shipping). If you add the coordinating Greenhouse Society steel die to your monthly membership, you will only pay an additional $12.00 per month. This is a substantial savings from the retail price of $13-19 for the GS dies. Other Greenhouse Society membership benefits include a 15% discount on select products each month, special offers and gifts, and no additional shipping charge for items added to a monthly shipment.

When you sign up the first month, you will be charged a shipping and handling fee based on the shipping method that you choose when you check out. Each month after that your GS products will be shipped to you via USPS and you will be charged the following rates based on your location:

How do I become a member of the Greenhouse Society?

To become a member of the Greenhouse Society auto-ship program, go to the Greenhouse Society section of our website . The first product displayed is the current month's stamp set. Click on that stamp set. Then choose the "Join Greenhouse Society" option you desire, and add it to your cart. When you check out you will see the appropriate discounts applied.

As soon as you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email message from "Orders at TechniqueTuesday dot com" with the subject "Your Technique Tuesday Order". In that order confirmation you will see the following line item "GS: GS-Join Greenhouse Society". If you don't receive that email, please check your spam filter. You may also want to add "@TechniqueTuesday.com" to the safe senders list in your email program.

After that, each month your credit card will automatically be billed on the 5th of the month for your membership and we will ship you the next auto-shipment between the 10th and 15th. (If you are a retailer, contact our Wholesale Accounts Team to learn about our Greenhouse Society retailer program.)

I am an existing Greenhouse Society member and want to add the matching steel dies to my memberhip. What do I do?

If you are currently a member of the Greenhouse Society stamp auto-ship program, send an email to "orders at techniquetuesday dot com" to let us know that you want to add the steel dies to your membership. We will add $12.00 to your current monthly payment to cover the cost of the Greenhouse Society dies. You will not pay any additional shipping fees!

You can also add a matching steel die program to your membership by placing an on-line order. Go to the Greenhouse Society section and click on the current month's Greenhouse Society die set and then choose "Join Greenhouse Society - Die only." (You do not need to put both the stamp set and the die into your cart.) Please write in the Comments Section when checking out "add the dies to my GS membership."

What forms of payment do you accept?

Technique Tuesday accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We use sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of the personal information that you share with us. You can learn more in the Privacy and Security Policies section of our website.

When will my credit card be billed and my monthly releases be shipped to me?

When you place your order for the first time on our website, your credit card will be billed immediately for the first month's subscription and we will ship to you within a few business days. After the first month, your GS membership will be billed to your credit card on the 5th of the month and all of the GS auto-ship orders will be shipped by the 15th of the month.

Do I need to come back to this website each month to get my Greenhouse Society products?

No - not if you are a Greenhouse Society auto-ship member. We will post a new stamp and die set on the 1st of each month. If you are interested in seeing the new releases you are welcome to come check them out.

What is your return policy?

As with all of our products, we are proud of the Made in America Greenhouse Society stamps and dies and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your Greenhouse Society stamps or dies are damaged during shipping or you are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased through our website, follow the instructions in the Return Policy section of our website .

How do I cancel my Greenhouse Society membership or skip a month?

The Greenhouse Society is an auto-ship club with an initial 6-month commitment. That means that you will continue to receive the new stamp sets and/or dies each month until you cancel your membership. If you cancel your membership before you have completed your 6-month commitment, there is a $15.00 fee that will be charged to your credit card. After 6 months, you may cancel at any time without penalty.

To cancel your membership send an email message to our Customer Care team . You must cancel your membership by the 1st of the month or you will receive and be billed for that month's products. Please include your name and a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions. When we receive a request to cancel a Greenhouse Society subscription, we send a reply email message to you to let you know we received your request and have canceled your membership. If you do not get an email response from us it probably means we did not receive your message, so please try again.

In order to keep our administration costs down and keep the monthly costs of a membership in the Greenhouse Society as low as possible, Greenhouse Society members cannot skip a month.

How do I make changes in my shipping address?

If you are changing your address, please send an email message to our Customer Care team . (Changing your information on-line will not update your auto-ship membership profile.) Please include the following information in your email message:

  • your name
  • your old address (both shipping and billing addresses if appropriate)
  • your new address (both shipping and billing addresses if appropriate)
  • a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions

When we receive a request for an address change, we send an email message to let you know that we received your request and have made the changes. If you do not get an email response from us it probably means we did not receive your message, so please try again.

How do I change my billing information?

If you want to change the credit card you use for your Greenhouse Society subscription, please call our Customer Care Team at 503-644-4073 ext 100 and leave them a message on our secure voice mail system. Please include the following information in your voice message:

  • your name (please spell it)
  • a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions
  • your e-mail address
  • your new credit card number
  • the expiration date

When we receive a request to change the credit card associated with a Greenhouse Society subscription, we send an email message to you to let you know that we received your request and have made the changes. If you do not get an email response from us it probably means we did not receive your message, so please try again.

I just changed my email address. How do I let you know?

Please send an email message to our Customer Care team including the following information:

  • your name
  • your old email address
  • your new email address

When we receive an email address change request, we send a reply email message to you to let you know that we received your request and have made the changes. If you do not get an email response from us it probably means we did not receive your message, so please try again.

Please also make sure you have added "@TechniqueTuesday.com" to your safe sender list on your new email system so that our messages can get to you and so you don't miss out on any special offers.

Do you ever make changes to the Greenhouse Society program?

Yes! We are always looking for ways to improve this program and better serve our GS auto-ship members. We do reserve the right to change the program at any time. We typically send an email message to all GS members about the changes we make. (Please add "@TechniqueTuesday.com" to your safe sender list so you receive our messages.) If you find that we have made a change that doesn't work for you, send a message to our Customer Care team and we will try to find a solution!

I just subscribed to Greenhouse Society but I also really want the Greenhouse Society stamp set (or dies) from a previous month. Can I order older Greenhouse Society products?

Probably - if there is still inventory remaining you can purchase them at their regular retail price.
