Each month we release a new set of Fresh Cut Studio dies. In addition to working stand-alone, these dies are also designed to match and complement the Memory Keepers Studio stamp sets . You can see the latest dies and purchase them in the Fresh Cut Studio section of our website .
If you want to make sure you receive all the Fresh Cut Studio dies, consider becoming a member of the auto-ship program. Each month, members automatically receive a 25% discount off the regular price of the current set of Fresh Cut Studio dies. Instead of paying $9.99 for Fresh Cut Studio die sets, members only pay $7.50 (plus shipping). Other Fresh Cut Studio membership benefits include a 15% discount on select products each month, special offers and gifts, and no additional shipping charge for items added to a monthly shipment.
When you sign up the first month, you will be charged a shipping and handling fee based on the shipping method that you choose when you check out. Each month after that your Fresh Cut Studio dies will be shipped to you via USPS and you will be charged the following rates based on your location:

When your Fresh Cut Studio order ships each month we will send you an email message with a tracking number. To make sure you receive these messages, add "@TechniqueTuesday.com" to the safe senders list in your email program. And please send an email message to our Customer Care team to let us know if your regular or email address changes.
To become a member of the Fresh Cut Studio auto-ship program, go to the Fresh Cut Studio section of our website . The first product displayed is the current month's set of dies. Click on that die set. Then choose the "Join Fresh Cut Studio" option and add the die to your cart. When you check out you will see the 25% discount applied.
As soon as you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email message from "Orders at TechniqueTuesday dot com" with the subject "Your Technique Tuesday Order". In that order confirmation you will see the following line item "FCS: FCS-Join Fresh Cut Studio". If you don't receive that email, please check your spam filter. You may also want to add "@TechniqueTuesday.com" to the safe senders list in your email program.
After that, each month your credit card will automatically be billed on the 5th of the month for your membership and we will ship you the next set of dies between the 10th and 15th. (If you are a retailer, contact our Wholesale Accounts Team to learn about our Fresh Cut Studio retailer program.)
Yes! The Memory Keepers Studio clear stamps are designed for scrapbookers and memory keepers and coordinate with the Fresh Cut Studio dies. You will have a lot of fun using the stamps and dies together! Here are the costs of being a member in both auto-ship programs.

If you are currently a member of the Memory Keepers Studio auto-ship program, send an email to "orders at techniquetuesday dot com" to let us know that you want to become a Fresh Cut Studio auto-ship member too. We will add $7.50 to your current monthly payment to cover the cost of the Fresh Cut Studio dies. You will not pay any additional shipping fees!
If you are just joining and want to be a member of both the Memory Keepers Studio and Fresh Cut Studio auto-ship programs, click on the current month's set of Fresh Cut Studio dies or the Memory Keeper Studio stamp set and then choose "Join Memory Keepers Studio & Fresh Cut Studio". We will ship both the Memory Keepers Studio stamp set and the Fresh Cut Studio dies to you between the 10th and 15th of the month and you will only be charged once for shipping.
Technique Tuesday accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We use sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of the personal information that you share with us. You can learn more in the Privacy and Security Policies section of our website.
When you place your order for the first time on our website, your credit card will be billed immediately for the first month's subscription and we will ship the first set of dies to you within a few business day. After the first month, your Fresh Cut Studio membership will be billed to your credit card on the 5th of the month and all Fresh Cut Studio auto-ship orders will be shipped by the 15th of the month.
No - not if you are a Fresh Cut Studio auto-ship member. We will post a new set of dies on the 1st of each month. If you are interested in seeing the new dies you are welcome to come check it out. However, you don't need to add anything to your cart or do anything else. Once you are a member, you will automatically be billed each month and we will automatically send the new dies to you.
As with all of our products, we are proud of the Fresh Cut Studio dies and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your Fresh Cut Studio dies are damaged during shipping or you are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased through our website, follow the instructions in the Return Policy section of our website .
The Fresh Cut Studio is an auto-ship club with an initial 6-month commitment. That means that you will continue to receive the dies each month until you cancel your membership. If you cancel your membership before you have completed your 6-month commitment, there is a $15.00 fee that will be charged to your credit card. After 6 months, you may cancel at any time without penalty.
To cancel your membership send an email message to our Customer Care team . You must cancel your membership by the 1st of the month or you will receive and be billed for that month's dies. Please include your name and a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions. When we receive a request to cancel a Fresh Cut Studio subscription, we send a reply email message to you to let you know we received your request and have canceled your membership. If you do not get an email response from us it probably means we did not receive your message, so please try again.
In order to keep our administration costs down and keep the monthly costs of a membership in the Fresh Cut Studio as low as possible, Fresh Cut Studio members cannot skip a month.
If you are changing your address, please send an email message to our Customer Care team . (Changing your information on-line will not update your auto-ship membership profile.) Please include the following information in your email message:

If you want to change the credit card you use for your Fresh Cut Studio subscription, please call our Customer Care Team at 503-644-4073 ext 100 and leave them a message on our secure voice mail system. Please include the following information in your voice message:

Yes! We are always looking for ways to improve this program and better serve our Fresh Cut Studio auto-ship members. We do reserve the right to change the program at any time. We typically send an email message to all Fresh Cut Studio members about the changes we make. (Please add "@TechniqueTuesday.com" to your safe sender list so you receive our messages.) If you find that we have made a change that doesn't work for you, send an email message to our Customer Care team and we will try to find a solution!
