Celebration Floral Spotlight Handmade Card

Here's something fun for all you stampers out there to try. Next time you work on a stamped card, try the Spotlight Technique. Stamp an image in black and white on your card panel. Then stamp a portion of the image on a die-cut. Add color to the die-cut piece with markers, pens or pencils, and place the die-cut piece on top of your black and white stamped image.
