What is the Animal House?

The Animal House is a collection of clear stamps and dies featuring a new member of the animal kingdom each month. Animal House products may be purchased individually or via a monthly auto-ship program.

How do I become a member of the Animal House?

To become a member of the Animal House auto-ship program, read this page. Then choose the "Join Animal House" option when you add the current month's stamp set to your cart. Once you have completed the check out process, you will receive an email message confirming your order and your membership in the Animal House. Then each month your credit card will automatically be billed for your Animal House membership and we will ship you the next stamp set. (If you are a retailer, contact our Wholesale Accounts Team to learn about our Animal House retailer program.)

How much does it cost to be a member of the Animal House?

Members receive 25% off the regular price of the current month's Animal House stamp set. Instead of paying $14.99 for the stamp set, members only pay $11.24 (plus shipping). If you add the coordinating Animal House steel die to your monthly membership, you will only pay an additional $10.49 per month. This is a significant savings from the retail price of $13.99 for the dies. Other Animal House membership benefits include a 15% discount on select products each month, special offers and gifts, and no additional shipping charge for items added to a monthly shipment.

Can I be a member of more than one auto-ship program??

Yes! You can learn more about the Memory Keepers Studio, Fresh Cut Studio and Greenhouse Society auto-ship programs in those sections of our website.

If you are a member of more than one auto-ship program, you will pay only one shipping fee, so it's a great way to minimize your shipping costs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Technique Tuesday accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We use sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of the personal information that you share with us. You can learn more in the Privacy and Security Policies section of our website.

When will my credit card be billed and my new stamps (and dies) be shipped to me?

When you place your order for the first time on our website, your credit card will be billed immediately for the first month's subscription. We ship the current month's Animal House stamp set and dies between the 10-15th each month.

After the first month of your subscription, your Animal House membership will be billed to your credit card on the 5th of the month. Auto-shipment for all monthly programs begins on the 10th each month.

What about shipping costs?

When you sign up the first month, you will be charged a shipping and handling fee based on the shipping method that you choose when you check out. Each month after that your Animal House products will be shipped to you via USPS, and you will be charged the following rates based on your location:

USA $2 3-10 business days
Canada and Mexico $5 10-20 business days
Other international locations $8 10-20 business days

Are there any ways for me to pay less for shipping?

To help save on shipping costs, you may want to consider a group subscription. With a group subscription, up to 5 friends or family members who live near each other can have up to a total of 5 stamp sets shipped to one address for the same flat fee. To take advantage of the group subscription shipping plan, all of the stamp sets must be ordered by one person using one credit card and be shipped to one address in one package. If you would like to place a group subscription, simply indicate the number of stamp sets that you want to receive in the "Quantity" box when you place your first group order. Then enter your name, billing info, and shipping address when you check out.

Do I need to come back to this website each month to get my Animal House stamp sets (and dies)?

No - not if you are an Animal House auto-ship member. We will post new Animal House stamps and dies on the 1st of each month. If you are interested in seeing the new products you are welcome to come check it out. However, you don't need to add anything to your cart or do anything else. Once you are a member, you will automatically be billed each month and we will automatically send the new stamp set (and dies if appropriate) to you.

What is your return policy?

As with all of our products, we are proud of the Animal House stamp sets and dies. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your Animal House products are damaged during shipping or you are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased through our website, follow the instructions in the Return Policy section of our website .

How do I cancel my Animal House membership or skip a month?

The Animal House is an auto-ship club with an initial 6-month commitment. That means that you will continue to receive the new products each month until you cancel your membership. If you cancel your membership before you have completed your 6-month commitment, there is a $15.00 fee that will be charged to your credit card. After 6 months, you may cancel at anytime without penalty.

To cancel your membership send an email message to our Customer Care team . You must cancel your membership by the 1st of the month or you will receive and be billed for that month's products. Please include your name and a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions. When we receive a request to cancel an Animal House subscription, we send an email message to you to let you know we received your request and have canceled your membership. If you do not get an email message from us we recommend you contact us again.

In order to keep our administration costs down and keep the monthly costs of a membership in the Animal House as low as possible, Animal House members cannot skip a month.

How do I make changes in my shipping address?

If you are changing your address, please send an email message to our Customer Care team . Please include the following information in your email message:

  • your name
  • your old address (both shipping and billing addresses if appropriate)
  • your new address (both shipping and billing addresses if appropriate)
  • a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions

When we receive a request for an address change, we send an email message to let you know that we received your request and have made the changes. If you do not get a change confirmation email message from us (within 2 business days) that means we did not get your email so please try again.

How do I change my credit card information?

If you want to change the credit card you use for your Animal House subscription, call our Customer Care Team at 503-644-4073, then press option 2, and ext 100. If none of our team members are available to take your call, you can leave a message on our secure voice mail system. Please include the following information in your voice message:

  • your name (please spell it)
  • a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions
  • your e-mail address
  • your new credit card number
  • the expiration date

We will send an email message to you within 1-2 business days to let you know that we received your request and have made the changes.
