Online Order Shipping
Information
We pride ourselves on
shipping online orders quickly. Online orders are shipped
from our Portland, Oregon warehouse, usually within 1 to
2 business day after we receive the order. Occasionally, if
the inventory level on an item is low or
an item is out-of-stock, shipment may be delayed for a couple
weeks while we make more. If you have questions about your
online order status, please send us
an email message.
If you are placing an order from within the
contiguous 48 states, your order will be shipped via
UPS ground and usually will arrive within 5-10 business
days depending on your location. Shipping charges are
calculated at checkout for your convenience and security
so you know what you will be charged before completing
your order.
If you are placing an order outside the contiguous 48
states, your order will be shipped via Parcel Post.
Please also note that shipments outside the USA may
be subject to import charges and taxes. These charges
are the responsibility of the buyer.
We strive to maintain appropriate inventory levels for
all our products. On rare occasions, due to popular
demand, an item may sell out. In the event that an item
is sold out, we will notify you through email and we will
ship the rest of your order to you. Of course you will
only be charged for those items that we actually ship to
you. We will send an email to you when items are back in
stock.
Please note that we do not ship orders on the
following holidays: New Year's Eve or New Year's Day,
President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please
plan on additional transit time for orders placed around
these holidays.
All orders are carefully packaged and leave our
warehouse in good condition. If you receive a package
that is obviously damaged, please make your UPS delivery
person or postal worker aware of the problem and refuse
to accept the delivery. Please also
report
damaged packages or missing items to us within 48 hours
of receipt.
