"I need a card for a birthday later in March, so a spring themed birthday card seemed like a great idea!
I used the Hexagon die to make a window for the birthday sentiment in the Hi There stamp set and I thought I'd share a tip for making layered panels which is to use an index card or really any piece of scrap paper as a base. This is such a simple thing, but if someone hadn't shown it to me I'd probably still be using the full width of all of those pieces of patterned paper. Hah!"
