It's easy to make a shaker card! Cut a window in a panel of cardstock using the Circles dies. Flip the panel over. Apply a transparency over the window's opening. Adhere foam tape around the window. Add sequins and/or beads. Place the panel onto another piece of cardstock. You'll end up with a shaker card!
