Friends Heart Window

How did Linda create the window? She cut out a heart shape from the front panel of the card folder slightly larger than the heart in the Heartfelt Thanks stamp set. Then she embossed the words onto a piece of vellum and adhered the vellum to the inside of the front card panel.
