Technique Tuesday Tip: Did you know the Flags Are Flying steel dies coordinate with the Flags Are Flying clear stamp set? It's easy to use them together. Die-cut a few shapes and then stamp right on top with images from the stamp set. One of the beauties of clear stamps is you can see where you are stamping!
