Technique Tuesday tip: Here's an out of the box for Technique Tuesday's Page Markers steel dies! Instead of using them to make page clips, make emoticons to use on your scrapbook pages, cards and planners. Use the solid clip to create the faces. Decorate them with wiggle eyes and other embellishments. Doodle on them too.
