Scratch Congrats Card

Here's a fun idea. Apply watercolors to a piece of cardstock. Let the color dry. Stamp on top of the color with the Scritch Scratch stamp and then die-cut some stars out of the panel. Not just will you have three fun stars to use on another project, but you can use the panel to make a card like Teri did here.
