Eileen used tall Big Timber Meadow letter stamps to make the title for this layout. She used the Bijou Borders stamps to frame the key elements of the layout. To make the flower embellishments, she applied yellow ink to the scalloped circle Technique Tiles and then wrapped yarn around each scallop.
