Friends May Day Card
By Birgit Edblom
The simple white background coupled with the linen-textured
cardstock give this card an elegant and
classic look. To make it Birgit
sponged green ink onto the white panel and
then stamped the flowers in black.
She colored in the leaves with green markers, and used
white markers to color in the flowers, right over the
top of the sponged green background. You can color in white
using distress ink markers, chalk ink markers, or paint
markers. Another easy way to get opaque white color like
on these flowers is with a white pencil! Orange and yellow
markers for the flower centers add a finishing pop of color.
