Time To Celebrate
    Time To Celebrate
    By Tobi Crawford

    Notes from Tobi:
"I chose some lovely, soft spring colors for my happy birthday card! Whenever I want to color a card with the intention of softness or lightness, I turn to my watercolors. By embossing with white embossing powder, I was able to flood the balloons with water (that almost sounds like something else!) and let the paint settle towards the bottom naturally. And the sentiment... I wanted it front and center so I stamped it directly onto the acetate that made the shaker. I stamped it with Staz-On so it wouldn't budge!"
