Make your own starry background patterned paper. Splatter bleach onto black cardstock. Let it dry. Use cotton swabs to apply purple, blue and pink chalks over the bleach marks. Finish the panel by spraying white spray mists onto it and stamping a couple stars with the Look Out World stamp set.
