Feeling a Little Horse

This cocky little horse has such attitude! Even if I had a sore throat, this card would make me smile. The horse and sentiment are stamped on a Technique Tile and the color was added using some inexpensive colored pencils. To make the matching blue ribbon, start with a strip of twill tape and then just drag an ink pad over it to add color.
